"If there were more than 5 stars for Steve's review, I would give Steve 10 out of 5 stars (not sure how the math works out on that)! HIGHLY recommend Steve as a realtor...and just as an all-around great person. Steve listed our house and was so awesome to work with. Steve communicated very well and was always willing to answer questions/concerns. He explained everything (he was even willing to use small words so I would understand ;)) very extensively and made suggestions on fixes to be made, or not made, prior to listing. Steve communicated to us for every showing getting scheduled so we could make arrangements to have our dog out of the residence. As offers came in, he had great insight and advice as to potential counter-offers. When the buyer came with a list of fixes, Steve had tons of contacts of contractors who had good reputations and were very reasonably priced. When the buyers loan looked as though it was going to slow closing, Steve was very proactive in reaching out and making sure things stayed on track. House selling/buying can be super stressful. Steve mitigated that stress and reassured us, by words and action, that everything was going to work out great...and it did! Our house sold quickly, and we got the exact price we had asked. Steve also gave a nice chunk of cash back to us from his amazing incentive program to Veteran's and Law Enforcement. I believe he has expanded that great program to cover even more professions now. Steve truly cared about us, and about making sure we were taken care of during the entire process. Steve has followed up after, and genuinely wanted to ensure everything went as we had hoped and is always looking for suggestions and is open to feedback. Steve started as our realtor, but he is now our friend!!!"
