To honor the dedication and sacrifice of those who serve our children, families, community and country, I will Pay Forward a portion of my proceeds to qualifying clients and their families in two ways: A CREDIT TO CLIENTS AT CLOSING AND A CHARITABLE DONATION **

** Closing Credit and Charitable Donation will be based on the final purchase or sales price, of the clients property, as listed below. **
$0 - $300,000: Does not qualify
$300,001 - $400,000 $500 client closing credit / $100 charitable donation
$400,001- $500,000 $1000 client closing credit / $250 charitable donation
$500,001 - $600,000 $1250 client closing credit / $350 charitable donation
$600,001 - $750,000 $1500 client closing credit / $500 charitable donation
$750,001 - $900,000 $1750 client closing credit / $700 charitable donation
$900,001 - $1,000,000 $2000 client closing credit / $900 charitable donation
$1,000,001+ will be credited based on 15% of agent commission as a closing credit and 5% of agent commission as a charitable donation.
(Charity will be mutually agreed upon with client. Donation will be provided to a non-profit organization that supports clients' profession, membership, coworkers, team members, fellow caregivers and/or families of such organizations)
